I like what's happening in 99 and 100 - lots of Mr Incredible in the mix - You need to simplify your base shapes for this guy - so his 'body at rest' - as these are very squash and stretched and it's difficult to see the actual structure - though I very much like the eye mask detail - that's working. As he's going to do a lot of talking - maybe think about enlarging his mouth so you've got more to work with?
